अग्निपरीक्षासाक्ष्यं
Agni’s Testimony and Sītā’s Revalidation
नविधूयाथचितांतांतुवैदेहींहव्यवाहनः ।उत्तस्थौमूर्तिमानाशुगृहीत्वाजनकात्मजाम् ।।।।
na vidhūyātha citāṁ tāṁ tu vaidehīṁ havyavāhanaḥ |
uttasthau mūrtimān āśu gṛhītvā janakātmajām ||
അപ്പോൾ ഹവ്യവാഹനായ അഗ്നിദേവൻ ആ ചിതയെ ചിതറിക്കാതെ, ഉടൻ മൂർത്തിമാനായി ഉയർന്നു നിന്നു; ജനകാത്മജയായ വൈദേഹിയെ കൈകളിൽ എടുത്തു പിടിച്ചു.
