रावणस्य अन्त्येष्टिः
Ravana’s Funeral Rites and the Ethics of Post-War Conduct
सुकृतंदुष्कृतं च त्वंगृहीत्वास्वांगतिंगतः ।आत्मानमनुशोचामित्वद्विनाशेनदुःखिताम् ।।।।
sukṛtaṁ duṣkṛtaṁ ca tvaṁ gṛhītvā svāṁ gatiṁ gataḥ | ātmānam anuśocāmi tvad-vināśena duḥkhitā ||
പുണ്യവും പാപവും എല്ലാം കൂടെ കൊണ്ടു നീ നിന്റെ ഗതിയിലേക്കു പോയി. നിന്റെ നാശത്തിൽ ദുഃഖിതയായി ഞാൻ എന്നെത്തന്നെക്കുറിച്ചാണ് വിലപിക്കുന്നത്.
