Ravana Hurls the Trident; Rama Counters with Indra’s Javelin
साक्षिप्ताराक्षसेन्द्रस्यतस्मिन्कूलेपपात ह ।भिन्नःशक्त्यामहान् शूलोनिपपातहतद्युतिः ।।।।
sākṣiptā rākṣasendrasya tasmin śūle papāta ha | bhinnaḥ śaktyā mahān śūlo nipapāta hata-dyutiḥ ||
എറിഞ്ഞ ആ ശക്തി രാക്ഷസേന്ദ്രന്റെ ശൂലത്തിൽ പതിച്ചു; ശക്തിയാൽ പിളർന്ന മഹാശൂലം തേജസ്സു നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തി നിലത്തേക്ക് വീണു.
With the hurling of the javelin by Rama at the great trident of Ravana and on (the javelin) touching the trident, it was broken, lost its splendour and fell down.
