सुकुण्डलधराश्चान्या विच्छिन्नमृदितस्रजः।गजेन्द्रमृदिताः फुल्ला लता इव महावने।।5.9.48।।

മറ്റുചിലർ മനോഹരമായ കുണ്ഡലങ്ങൾ ധരിച്ചിരുന്നുവെങ്കിലും അവരുടെ മാലകൾ കീറിപ്പൊട്ടിയും ചതഞ്ഞും പോയിരുന്നു; മഹാവനത്തിൽ ഗജേന്ദ്രന്മാർ ചവിട്ടിമെതിച്ച പൂത്തുലഞ്ഞ വള്ളികളുപോലെ അവർ തോന്നി.
