चन्दनेन च रक्तेन तपनीयनिभेन च।सुपुण्यगन्धिना युक्तमादित्यतरुणोपमम्।।5.9.18।।

candanena ca raktena tapanīyanibhena ca |

supuṇyagandhinā yuktam ādityataruṇopamam ||5.9.18||

Translation

ചുവന്ന ചന്ദനവും തപനീയസദൃശമായ ദീപ്തിയുള്ള ലേപവും കൊണ്ട് അത് അഭിഷിക്തമായിരുന്നു; അത്യന്തം പുണ്യസുഗന്ധം നിറഞ്ഞതും, ഉദയിക്കുന്ന യുവ ആദിത്യനെപ്പോലെ ദീപ്തിമാനുമായിരുന്നതും ആയിരുന്നു.
