सीतावृत्तान्तनिवेदनम् / Report of Sītā’s Condition and Tokens of Recognition
वैदेहीमक्षतां श्रुत्वा रामस्तूत्तरमब्रवीत्।।।।क्व सीता वर्तते देवी कथं च मयि वर्तते।एतन्मे सर्वमाख्यात वैदेहीं प्रति वानराः।।।।
vaidēhīm akṣatāṃ śrutvā rāmas tūttaram abravīt |
kva sītā vartate devī kathaṃ ca mayi vartate |
etan me sarvam ākhyāta vaidēhīṃ prati vānarāḥ ||
വൈദേഹി അക്ഷതയാണെന്ന് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ രാമൻ മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞു: “ദേവി സീത ഇപ്പോൾ എവിടെയാണ്? എന്നോടുള്ള അവളുടെ ഭാവം എങ്ങനെയാണ്? വാനരന്മാരേ, വൈദേഹിയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള എല്ലാം എനിക്ക് വിശദമായി പറയുക.”
