Hanuman’s Post-Conflagration Self-Examination and Assurance of Sita’s Safety
विनष्टायां तु सीतायां तावुभौ विनशिष्यतः।तयोर्विनाशे सुग्रीवः सबन्धुर्विनशिष्यति।।।।
vinaṣṭāyāṁ tu sītāyāṁ tāv ubhau vinaśiṣyataḥ | tayoḥ vināśe sugrīvaḥ sa-bandhur vinaśiṣyati ||
സീത നശിച്ചാൽ ആ രണ്ടു (രാമ-ലക്ഷ്മണ)രും തീർച്ചയായും നശിക്കും; അവരുടെ നാശത്തോടെ സുഗ്രീവനും തന്റെ ബന്ധുക്കളോടുകൂടെ നശിച്ചുപോകും.
