यादृशानीह दृश्यन्ते लङ्कायामशुभानि वै।अचिरेणैव कालेन भविष्यति हतप्रभा।।।।

Transliteration

yādṛśānīha dṛśyante laṅkāyām aśubhāni vai |

acireṇaiva kālena bhaviṣyati hataprabhā ||

Translation

ലങ്കയിൽ ഇവിടെ കാണപ്പെടുന്ന ഇത്തരം അശുഭലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരം, അത്യൽപ സമയത്തിനകം തന്നെ ഈ നഗരം നിശ്ചയം പ്രഭാഹീനമാകും.
