अशोकवनिकाविचारः

Survey of the Aśoka Grove and its Enchanted Landscape

एवं तु मत्वा हनुमान्महात्मा प्रतीक्षमाणो मनुजेन्द्रपत्नीम्।अवेक्षमाणश्च ददर्श सर्वं सुपुष्पिते पर्णघने निलीनः।।।।

evaṃ tu matvā hanumān mahātmā pratīkṣamāṇo manujendra-patnīm | avekṣamāṇaś ca dadarśa sarvaṃ supuṣpite parṇaghane nilīnaḥ ||

ഇങ്ങനെ വിചാരിച്ച മഹാത്മാ ഹനുമാൻ മനുഷ്യേന്ദ്രന്റെ പത്നിയെ കാത്തുകൊണ്ട്, ഇലകൾ കനത്തും പുഷ്പങ്ങൾ നിറഞ്ഞുമുള്ള ഒരു വൃക്ഷത്തിൽ ഒളിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു; എല്ലാം സൂക്ഷ്മമായി നിരീക്ഷിച്ചു.

Pondering thus, the high-souled Hanuman remained concealed on the tree loaded with flowers and leaves and waited, looking eagerly for the wife of the lord of the people.ityārṣē śrīmadrāmāyaṇē vālmīkīya ādikāvyē sundarakāṇḍē caturdaśassargaḥ.Thus ends the fourteenth sarga of Sundarakanda of the holy Ramayana, the first epic composed by sage Valmiki.
