हनूमता सुग्रीवस्य कालधर्मोपदेशः
Hanuman’s Counsel on Timely Ally-Duty
यस्य कोशश्च दण्डश्च मित्राण्यात्मा च भूमिप।।समवेतानि सर्वाणि स राज्यं महदश्नुते।
yasya kośaś ca daṇḍaś ca mitrāṇy ātmā ca bhūmipa |
samavetāni sarvāṇi sa rājyaṃ mahad aśnute ||
ഹേ ഭൂമിപാ! ധനം (കോശം), ദണ്ഡശക്തി, മിത്രങ്ങൾ, സ്വന്തം ആത്മബലം—ഇവയെല്ലാം യോജിച്ച സമതുലിതാവസ്ഥയിൽ ഒരുമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവൻ മഹത്തായ രാജ്യം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു.
'He to whom the treasury, sceptre, allies and his own self- all these are equally dear, enjoys a large kingdom.
