वने वनचरांश्चान्यान्खेचरांश्च विहङ्गमान्।पश्यन्तस्त्वरिता जग्मुस्सुग्रीववशवर्तिनः।।
vane vanacarāṁś cānyān khecarāṁś ca vihaṅgamān | paśyantas tvaritā jagmuḥ sugrīvavaśavartinaḥ || 4.13.12 ||
സുഗ്രീവന്റെ ആജ്ഞയ്ക്ക് വിധേയരായി അവർ വേഗത്തിൽ മുന്നോട്ട് നീങ്ങി; വനവാസികളായ ജീവികളെയും മറ്റു സൃഷ്ടികളെയും, ആകാശത്ത് വിഹരിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷികളെയും നിരീക്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു।
