Siddhashrama and the Vāmana Narrative
ये चैनमभिवर्तन्ते याचितार इतस्तत:।यच्च यत्र यथावच्च सर्वं तेभ्य: प्रयच्छति।।1.29.8।।
ye cainam abhivartante yācitāra itas tataḥ |
yac ca yatra yathāvac ca sarvaṃ tebhyaḥ prayacchati ||1.29.8||
ഇവിടെയും അവിടെയും നിന്നു അവനെ സമീപിക്കുന്ന യാചകരോട്—അവർ എന്തു ചോദിച്ചാലും, എവിടെയായാലും, യഥാവിധി അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ—അവൻ അതെല്ലാം അവർക്കു ദാനമായി നൽകുന്നു.
'He is granting the seekers whatever, wherever and in whichever maner they, coming from here and there approach him for favour'.
