അവനെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ സിദ്ധാശ്രമത്തിൽ വസിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ മുനിമാരും പെട്ടെന്നു എഴുന്നേറ്റ് വിശ്വാമിത്രമുനിയെ പൂജിച്ച് ആദരിച്ചു.
