Longarmed Bharata, son of Kaikeyi entered that palace full of jewels with the permission of the great sage.
Dharma here centers on decorum and respect: Bharata does not presume entitlement but enters only after receiving the sage’s permission, honoring the host and the sanctity of the āśrama setting.
Bharata, having arrived at Bharadvāja’s hermitage with his retinue, is ceremonially received and is led into a richly provided dwelling prepared through the sage’s power.
Bharata’s humility and discipline—he acts with restraint and propriety even amid extraordinary luxury.
