सीताया वनगमननिश्चयः

Sita’s Resolve to Accompany Rama to the Forest

सुखं वने निवत्स्यामि यथैव भवने पितुः।अचिन्तयन्ती त्रीन्लोकांश्च्चिन्तयन्ती पतिव्रतम्।।।।

sukhaṃ vane nivatsyāmi yathaiva bhavane pituḥ | acintayantī trīn lokāṃś cintayantī pativratam ||

ഞാൻ വനത്തിലും പിതൃഭവനത്തിലെപ്പോലെ തന്നെ സുഖത്തോടെ വസിക്കും; മൂന്നു ലോകങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കാതെ, ഭർത്തൃഭക്തിയുടെ പതിവ്രതധർമ്മം മാത്രം ധ്യാനിച്ചുകൊണ്ട്.
