सुखानामुचितस्यैव दुःखैरनुचितस्य च।दुखं नामानुपश्येयं कथं रामस्य धीमतः।।।।

sukhānām ucitasyaiva duḥkhair anucitasya ca, duḥkhaṃ nāmānupaśyeyaṃ kathaṃ rāmasya dhīmataḥ.

സുഖത്തിനേ യോജ്യനും ദുഃഖത്തിനൊട്ടും അർഹനല്ലാത്ത ധീമാനായ രാമൻ ദുഃഖത്തിൽ ആകുന്നത് ഞാൻ എങ്ങനെ സഹിച്ച് കാണും?
