भरतस्य धर्मनिश्चयः

Bharata Affirms Lineage-Dharma and Urges Rama’s Coronation

राजानं मानुषं प्राहु र्देवत्वे सम्मतो मम।यस्य धर्मार्थसहितं वृत्तमाहुरमानुषम्।।2.101.4।।

rājānaṃ mānuṣaṃ prāhur devatve sammato mama | yasya dharmārthasahitaṃ vṛttam āhur amānuṣam || 2.101.4 ||

ജനങ്ങൾ രാജാവിനെ മനുഷ്യനെന്നു പറയുന്നു; എന്നാൽ എനിക്കു അദ്ദേഹം ദേവസമൻ, കാരണം ധർമ്മവും അർത്ഥവും ചേർന്ന അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ ആചാരം മനുഷ്യപരിധിക്കപ്പുറമെന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധമാണ്.
