നീ സേവകരെ പ്രവർത്തിയനുസരിച്ച് യഥോചിതമായി നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടാകുമെന്നു ഞാൻ ആശിക്കുന്നു: ഏറ്റവും കഴിവുള്ളവരെ മഹത്തായ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ, മദ്ധ്യമരെ മദ്ധ്യമ ചുമതലകളിൽ, കുറഞ്ഞവരെ താഴ്ന്ന ജോലികളിൽ.
