Vision of Lake Pampā and the Turn toward Sugrīva
आश्रमात्तु तत स्तस्मान्निष्क्रम्य स विशाम्पतिः।।3.75.10।।आजगाम ततः पम्पां लक्ष्मणेन सह प्रभुः।
āśramāt tu tataḥ tasmān niṣkramya sa viśāṃpatiḥ | ājagāma tataḥ pampāṃ lakṣmaṇena saha prabhuḥ || 3.75.10 ||
പിന്നീട് ആ ആശ്രമത്തിൽ നിന്ന് പുറപ്പെട്ടു, വിശാംപതിയായ പ്രഭു ശ്രീരാമൻ ലക്ഷ്മണനോടൊപ്പം പമ്പാ തടാകത്തിലേക്ക് പോയി.
Then Rama the lord of men along with Lakshmana departed from the hermitage and went to Pampa.
Dharma here is steadfastness in purpose: after honoring a devotee-sage, Rāma continues his rightful quest without delay, showing disciplined commitment.
Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa depart Śabarī’s hermitage and travel onward toward Pampā, the region connected with their next alliances.
Perseverance and leadership—Rāma is depicted as ‘lord of men,’ moving forward calmly and decisively with his brother.
