Shloka 39

पम्पा-ऋष्यमूक-मार्गोपदेशः

Guidance to Pampa and Rishyamuka; counsel to befriend Sugriva

राम तस्य तु शैलस्य महती शोभते गुहा।शिलापिधाना काकुत्स्थ दुःखं चास्याः प्रवेशनम्।।3.73.39।।

rāma tasya tu śailasya mahatī śobhate guhā |

śilāpidhānā kākutstha duḥkhaṃ cāsyāḥ praveśanam ||3.73.39||

ഹേ രാമാ, ആ പർവതത്തിൽ മഹത്തായ ഒരു ഗുഹ അത്യന്തം മനോഹരമായി ശോഭിക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ, ഹേ കാകുത്സ്ഥ, അതിന്റെ പ്രവേശനം ശിലാഫലകത്താൽ അടഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ അതിലേക്കു കടക്കുന്നത് ദുഷ്കരം.
