O son of the Raghus ! there you will see tilaka trees, night jasmines full of flowers. You will also see blossoming water lilies and lotuses in Pampa.
Dharma is supported by clarity of mind: the verse presents nature’s order and beauty as a means to steady the heart, enabling righteous action without being overwhelmed by sorrow.
Approaching Pampā, Lakṣmaṇa describes the flowering trees and aquatic blossoms Rāma will encounter.
Mindful companionship: Lakṣmaṇa remains attentive to Rāma’s emotional state and speaks in a way that gently elevates him.
