शरावरौ शरैः पूर्णौ विध्वस्तौ पश्य लक्ष्मण।प्रतोदाभीशुहस्तो वै कस्यायं सारथिर्हतः।।।।
śarāvarau śaraiḥ pūrṇau vidhvastau paśya lakṣmaṇa | pratodābhīśuhasto vai kasyāyaṃ sārathir hataḥ ||
ലക്ഷ്മണാ, നോക്കുക—അമ്പുകളാൽ നിറഞ്ഞ രണ്ടു തൂണീരങ്ങൾ തകർന്നു നശിച്ചുകിടക്കുന്നു. ഇവിടെ ചാട്ടയും കുതിരക്കയറും കൈയിൽ തന്നെയേ പിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സാരഥി വധിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇവർ ആരുടെയാളുകൾ?
