सीतावियोगे रामविलापः

Rāma’s Lament in Separation from Sītā

एतानि मृगयूथानि साश्रुनेत्राणि लक्ष्मण।।3.62.9।।शंसन्तीव हि वैदेहीं भक्षितां रजनीचरैः।

etāni mṛga-yūthāni sāśru-netrāṇi lakṣmaṇa || 3.62.9 || śaṃsantīva hi vaidehīṃ bhakṣitāṃ rajanī-caraiḥ |

ലക്ഷ്മണാ, കണ്ണുനീർ നിറഞ്ഞ കണ്ണുകളോടെ ഈ മൃഗക്കൂട്ടങ്ങൾ, വൈദേഹിയെ രാത്രിചരന്മാർ ഭക്ഷിച്ചുവെന്ന് അറിയിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ തോന്നുന്നു.
