अद्य विप्रसरिष्यन्ति राक्षस्यो हतबान्धवाः।बाष्पार्द्रवदना दीना भयादन्यभयावहाः।।।।

Transliteration

adya viprasariṣyanti rākṣasyo hatabāndhavāḥ | bāṣpārdravadanā dīnā bhayād anyabhayāvahāḥ || 3.30.10 ||

Translation

ഇന്ന് ബന്ധുക്കളെ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട രാക്ഷസീസ്ത്രീകൾ ഭയത്തോടെ ചിതറിപ്പോകും; കണ്ണീരാൽ നനഞ്ഞ മുഖങ്ങളോടെ ദീനരായി—മറ്റുള്ളവർക്കു ഭയം വിതച്ചവൾ ഇപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഭയത്തിൽ വിറയ്ക്കും.
