Discipline of Action as Worship
भुंजीत प्रयतो नित्यं वाग्यतोऽनन्यमानसः । भैक्ष्येण वर्तयेन्नित्यं नैवेकान्नो भवेद्व्रती
bhuṃjīta prayato nityaṃ vāgyato'nanyamānasaḥ | bhaikṣyeṇa vartayennityaṃ naivekānno bhavedvratī
വ്രതധാരി നിത്യം ശുചിത്വവും സംയമവും പാലിച്ച് ഭക്ഷിക്കണം—വാക്ക് നിയന്ത്രിച്ച് മനസ്സിനെ ഏകാഗ്രമാക്കി. അവൻ എപ്പോഴും ഭിക്ഷയാൽ തന്നെ ജീവിക്കണം; ഒരൊറ്റ വീട്ടിലെ അന്നത്തിൽ ആശ്രിതനാകരുത്।

It prescribes disciplined daily conduct: eating with purity, restraining speech, keeping the mind focused, sustaining oneself through alms, and avoiding dependence on a single household for food.
