असावहं भो नामेति सम्यक्प्रणतिपूर्वकम् । आयुरारोग्यसिद्ध्यर्थं तंद्रादिपरिवर्जितः

asāvahaṃ bho nāmeti samyakpraṇatipūrvakam | āyurārogyasiddhyarthaṃ taṃdrādiparivarjitaḥ

“ഞാൻ അമുകൻ, ഭോ മഹാശയാ” എന്നു പേരുപറഞ്ഞ് ആദ്യം യഥാവിധി പ്രണാമം ചെയ്യണം. തന്ദ്ര മുതലായവ ഒഴിവാക്കി ദീർഘായുസ്സും ആരോഗ്യസിദ്ധിയും നേടാൻ പരിശ്രമിക്കണം.
