नीतं क्षयं सुरैः सर्वैः शस्त्रैः प्रत्ययितैः क्षणात् । स्वयं च युध्यमानेन महादेवेन यत्नतः

nītaṃ kṣayaṃ suraiḥ sarvaiḥ śastraiḥ pratyayitaiḥ kṣaṇāt | svayaṃ ca yudhyamānena mahādevena yatnataḥ

ക്ഷണത്തിൽ തന്നെ സിദ്ധമായ ശസ്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ സജ്ജമായ എല്ലാ ദേവന്മാരും അവനെ നാശത്തിലേക്ക് നയിച്ചു; മഹാദേവൻ സ്വയം കൂടി പരിശ്രമത്തോടെ നേരിട്ട് യുദ്ധം ചെയ്തു।
