sarvajño varado nityaṃ sarveṣāṃ prāṇināṃ prabhuḥ | duṣkṛtaṃ te kuto nātha tathā krodho viśeṣataḥ
Unspecified (a devotee/interlocutor addressing the Lord in the chapter’s dialogue)
Concept: The Lord, being sarvajña and varada, is not subject to wrongdoing or uncontrolled anger; divine ‘wrath’ is purposeful, not passionate.
Application: Before reacting in anger, remember the ideal of purposeful action: act for protection and correction, not egoic heat; cultivate discernment between righteous firmness and personal rage.
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta

Sandhi Resolution Notes:
The verse highlights divine omniscience and benevolence: the Lord knows all and continually grants grace, framing God as the universal, compassionate ruler of all beings.
Because anger is normally linked to limitation, frustration, or ignorance; the speaker argues that an omniscient, sovereign Lord has no cause for moral fault or reactive anger.
It encourages self-examination and restraint: if anger is seen as incompatible with the highest ideal, the devotee is prompted to cultivate patience, humility, and non-harm.
