धनं भोग्यं तथा राज्यं नाकं कल्पांतरस्थितम् । तस्माद्दानं सतां पूजा प्रेत्यानंतफलप्रदा

dhanaṃ bhogyaṃ tathā rājyaṃ nākaṃ kalpāṃtarasthitam | tasmāddānaṃ satāṃ pūjā pretyānaṃtaphalapradā

ധനം, ഭോഗം, രാജ്യം, സ്വർഗ്ഗം പോലും കല്പാന്തം വരെയേ നിലനിൽക്കൂ; അതുകൊണ്ട് ദാനവും സത്സജനപൂജയും മരണാനന്തരം അനന്തഫലം നൽകുന്നു।
