तेन दत्तं हुतं ज्ञातं कृतं यज्ञव्रतादिकम् । जन्मजन्मनि भासित्वं सुखं भाग्यं यशः श्रियं

tena dattaṃ hutaṃ jñātaṃ kṛtaṃ yajñavratādikam | janmajanmani bhāsitvaṃ sukhaṃ bhāgyaṃ yaśaḥ śriyaṃ

ആ പുണ്യപ്രഭാവത്താൽ ദാനമായി നൽകിയതും, യജ്ഞത്തിൽ ഹവിസ്സായി അർപ്പിച്ചതും, പഠിച്ചറിഞ്ഞതും, യജ്ഞ-വ്രതാദി കർമങ്ങൾ ചെയ്തതും—ഇവയെല്ലാം ജന്മജന്മാന്തരങ്ങളിൽ പ്രകാശിച്ച് സുഖം, ഭാഗ്യം, യശസ്, ശ്രീ എന്നിവ നൽകുന്നു.
