FAQs

It refers to a formal consecration/anointing (abhisheka), typically associated with royal installation or a sacred rite marking auspicious authority and dharmic leadership.

It presents purity and sinlessness as conditions for the arising of a “prapāvinī” buddhi—an understanding that is itself cleansing, i.e., clarity that purifies one’s inner life and choices.

The verse implies that righteous conduct and inner purity support enlightened discernment; leadership and ritual action are portrayed as most fruitful when grounded in moral integrity.
