ततो रामं महाभागं विष्णुं मानुषविग्रहम् । यद्वृत्तमासीत्पूर्वं तद्वसिष्ठः कथयिष्यति
tato rāmaṃ mahābhāgaṃ viṣṇuṃ mānuṣavigraham | yadvṛttamāsītpūrvaṃ tadvasiṣṭhaḥ kathayiṣyati
അതിനുശേഷം അവർ മഹാഭാഗ്യനായ രാമനെ—മാനുഷരൂപത്തിലുള്ള വിഷ്ണുവിനെ—സമീപിച്ചു. മുമ്പ് സംഭവിച്ചതെല്ലാം വസിഷ്ഠൻ വിവരിക്കും.
