Vishnu

Concept: Divine darśana is granted by Bhagavān’s affection, yet it is accessed by puṇya and purity; the Lord acknowledges the devotee’s dear-ness (priyatva).

Application: Cultivate daily sādhana (japa, nāma-kīrtana, tīrtha-smaraṇa, seva) and ethical living so that one becomes ‘dear’ through steadiness and purity rather than entitlement.

Primary Rasa: shanta

Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
