सर्वदा सर्वकामेषु धर्मकामार्थमोक्षदः । नारद उवाच । केषु किं वा प्रयोगेण परं पुण्यं प्रकीर्तितं

sarvadā sarvakāmeṣu dharmakāmārthamokṣadaḥ | nārada uvāca | keṣu kiṃ vā prayogeṇa paraṃ puṇyaṃ prakīrtitaṃ

അത് എല്ലായ്പ്പോഴും, എല്ലാ ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളിലും, ധർമ്മ-കാമ-അർത്ഥ-മോക്ഷങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതാണ്. നാരദൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“ഏതെല്ലാം കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഏത് പ്രയോഗവിധിയാൽ, പരമ പുണ്യം പ്രസ്താവിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു?”
