वनस्पतेरधिवास एवं कार्यो द्विजातिभिः । ततः शुक्लांबरधरान्सौवर्णकृतमेखलान्

vanaspateradhivāsa evaṃ kāryo dvijātibhiḥ | tataḥ śuklāṃbaradharānsauvarṇakṛtamekhalān

ഇങ്ങനെ ദ്വിജന്മാർ പവിത്രവൃക്ഷത്തിന്റെ അധിവാസം (സംസ്കാരം) നടത്തണം; തുടർന്ന് ശ്വേതവസ്ത്രധാരികളും സ്വർണമേഖല ധരിച്ചവരുമായവരെ മുന്നിൽ കൊണ്ടുവരണം।
