ततः स वज्रेणयुतो दैवतैरभिपूजितः । आससाद ततो वृत्रं स्थितमावृत्य रोदसी

tataḥ sa vajreṇayuto daivatairabhipūjitaḥ | āsasāda tato vṛtraṃ sthitamāvṛtya rodasī

അപ്പോൾ വജ്രായുധധാരി, ദേവന്മാർ സമ്യക് പൂജിച്ചവൻ, മുന്നോട്ട് നീങ്ങി. പിന്നെ ദ്യുലോകവും ഭൂമിയും മൂടിനിന്ന വൃത്രനെ അവൻ നേരിട്ടു.
