नानापक्षिरवाकीर्णं नानामृगगणाकुलम् । द्रुमपुष्पभरामोदैर्वासयद्यत्सुरासुरान्

nānāpakṣiravākīrṇaṃ nānāmṛgagaṇākulam | drumapuṣpabharāmodairvāsayadyatsurāsurān

ആ വനം നാനാവിധ പക്ഷികളുടെ കലരവാൽ നിറഞ്ഞതും വിവിധ മൃഗസംഘങ്ങളാൽ കവിഞ്ഞതുമായിരുന്നു; വൃക്ഷങ്ങളിലെ പുഷ്പഭാരത്തിന്റെ സുഗന്ധം ദേവന്മാരെയും അസുരന്മാരെയും വരെ പരിമളിപ്പിച്ചു.
