पत्तयः शतशो मह्यमायांत्वस्त्राग्न्यपाणयः । हयमेधार्हवाहस्य रक्षणे विततोद्यमाः

pattayaḥ śataśo mahyamāyāṃtvastrāgnyapāṇayaḥ | hayamedhārhavāhasya rakṣaṇe vitatodyamāḥ

നൂറുകണക്കിന് പാദസൈനികർ എന്റെ സഹായത്തിനായി വന്നു—കൈകളിൽ ശസ്ത്രവും അഗ്നിയും പിടിച്ച്—അശ്വമേധയോഗ്യമായ അശ്വത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷയിൽ പൂർണ്ണോത്സാഹത്തോടെ ഏർപ്പെട്ടു।
