രാജാവിന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട് ദൂതന്മാർ ആനന്ദഭരിതരായി. അവർ സമസ്ത ഭൂമിയിലും സഞ്ചരിച്ചു, രാജാവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച ആജ്ഞയുടെ പൂർണ്ണാർത്ഥം എല്ലാ പ്രജകളിലും പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി.
