ദേവി മുന്നോട്ട് നീങ്ങുമ്പോൾ, മാർകണ്ഡേയൻ നോക്കി നിൽക്കേ, അവന്റെ നാഭിയിൽ നിന്ന് സ്വർണ്ണപ്രഭയുള്ള പദ്മം ഉദ്ഭവിച്ചു.
