Narrator (contextual narration within the Pulastya–Bhīṣma dialogue framework)

Concept: When rajas (drive) dominates, action accelerates and multiplies; the verse highlights how quickly intent becomes irreversible momentum.

Application: Recognize the moment when a plan becomes a rush; insert a pause (viveka) before momentum carries one into harm.

FAQs

It depicts dispatched warriors advancing rapidly into action, roaring as they charge, emphasizing their strength (bala), radiance/energy (tejas), and valor (parākrama).

The repetition functions as poetic emphasis (anuprāsa-like reinforcement), intensifying the description of martial power and heroic momentum.

It supports the theme of duty-driven resolve—warriors acting when commanded—reflecting the narrative ideal of disciplined courage associated with kṣatriya conduct.
