सर्वपापमयो लोकः संजातस्तस्य शासनात् । नैव यागाश्च वेदाश्च धर्मशास्त्रार्थमुत्तमम्

sarvapāpamayo lokaḥ saṃjātastasya śāsanāt | naiva yāgāśca vedāśca dharmaśāstrārthamuttamam
