पृष्ठ एव समायाति पुरतो याति सा मृगी । दृष्टवांस्तां शफरहा बाणपाणिः समुद्यतः

pṛṣṭha eva samāyāti purato yāti sā mṛgī | dṛṣṭavāṃstāṃ śapharahā bāṇapāṇiḥ samudyataḥ

ആ മൃഗി പിന്നിലേക്ക് വന്ന്, പിന്നെ മുന്നിലേക്ക് പോകുന്നു. അവളെ കണ്ട ശഫരഹാ അമ്പ് കൈയിൽ പിടിച്ച് വധത്തിന് സന്നദ്ധനായി എഴുന്നേറ്റു.
