Sumanā and Somaśarmā: Tapas at the Kapilā–Revā Confluence and the Theophany of Hari

अभयो भयनाशाय पापनाशाय ज्ञानवान् । एकश्चेंद्रस्वरूपेण तमस्मि शरणं गतः

abhayo bhayanāśāya pāpanāśāya jñānavān | ekaśceṃdrasvarūpeṇa tamasmi śaraṇaṃ gataḥ

അഭയനായും ഭയം നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നവനായും പാപം ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നവനായും ജ്ഞാനവാനായും, ഏകനെ ഇന്ദ്രസ്വരൂപത്തിൽ പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നവനായും ഉള്ള അവനിൽ ഞാൻ ശരണം പ്രാപിച്ചു.
