एवमाकर्णितं तेन सूदेनापि महात्मना । आदाय बालकं हस्ताच्छस्त्रमुद्यम्य चोद्यतः

evamākarṇitaṃ tena sūdenāpi mahātmanā | ādāya bālakaṃ hastācchastramudyamya codyataḥ

ഇങ്ങനെ കേട്ട ആ മഹാത്മാവായ പാചകക്കാരനും ബാലന്റെ കൈ പിടിച്ചു; ആയുധം ഉയർത്തി പ്രഹരിക്കാൻ തയ്യാറായി.
