पुरुषोत्तमविष्णोस्तु क्षेत्रं मुक्तिविधायकम् । श्रूयते हि पुराणेषु वर्णितं मुनिभिर्द्विजैः ॥ ४ ॥

puruṣottamaviṣṇostu kṣetraṃ muktividhāyakam | śrūyate hi purāṇeṣu varṇitaṃ munibhirdvijaiḥ || 4 ||

Translation

പുരുഷോത്തമ വിഷ്ണുവിന്റെ ക്ഷേത്രം മോക്ഷം നൽകുന്നതാണ്. അത് പുരാണങ്ങളിൽ ശ്രുതമാണ്; മുനികളും ദ്വിജ ഋഷിമാരും അതിനെ വർണ്ണിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
