वसुरुवाच । अतः परं प्रवक्ष्यामि यात्राकालं तु मोहिनि । देवाद्यैस्तु कृता या तु यथायोग्यफलाप्तिदा ॥ १ ॥

vasuruvāca | ataḥ paraṃ pravakṣyāmi yātrākālaṃ tu mohini | devādyaistu kṛtā yā tu yathāyogyaphalāptidā || 1 ||

വസു പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ മോഹിനീ! ഇനി ഞാൻ യാത്ര (തീർത്ഥയാത്ര) ആരംഭിക്കേണ്ട യുക്തകാലം പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു; ദേവാദികൾ നിശ്ചയിച്ച ആ സമയം, ആചാരാനുഷ്ഠാനവും യോഗ്യതയും അനുസരിച്ച് ഫലം നൽകുന്നു.
