वृषांगदेन तु तदा स्वग्रीवोर्वीतले कृता । कंबुग्रीवां समानां तु सुवर्णा सुकोमलाम् ॥ ८ ॥
vṛṣāṃgadena tu tadā svagrīvorvītale kṛtā | kaṃbugrīvāṃ samānāṃ tu suvarṇā sukomalām || 8 ||
അപ്പോൾ വൃഷാംഗദൻ ഭൂതലത്തിൽ തന്റെ തന്നെ കഴുത്തിനോടു സാമ്യമുള്ള ഒരു രൂപം നിർമ്മിച്ചു—ശംഖസദൃശമായ ഗ്രീവയോടെ, സ്വർണമയവും അത്യന്തം സുകുമാരവും।
