trayāṇāṃ nṛpaśārdūla meghaśyāmo nirañjanaḥ | dharmāṃgadasya vīrasya tasya rukmāṃgadasya tu || 4 ||

Translation

ഹേ നൃപശാർദൂലാ! ആ മൂന്നുപേരിൽ വീരനായ ധർമാംഗദന്റെ പുത്രൻ രുക്മാംഗദൻ മേഘശ്യാമ വർണ്ണവും ആചാരത്തിൽ നിർമലനുമായിരുന്നു।
