मोहिनीवचनं श्रृण्वन्भुंक्ष्व मा हन देहजम् । मा भुंक्ष्व तनयं हिंस चेत्याग्रहसमन्वितम् ॥ २ ॥
mohinīvacanaṃ śrṛṇvanbhuṃkṣva mā hana dehajam | mā bhuṃkṣva tanayaṃ hiṃsa cetyāgrahasamanvitam || 2 ||
മോഹിനിയുടെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട് അവൻ ദൃഢാഗ്രഹത്തോടെ പറഞ്ഞു—“ഭക്ഷിക്കൂ; നിന്റെ ദേഹജനെ കൊല്ലരുത്. പുത്രനെ ഭക്ഷിക്കരുത്; അവനെ വധിക്കൂ,” എന്ന് അവൻ പിടിവാശി പിടിച്ചു।
